If the award comes to us, you receive our purchase order.
You ship to us
We inspect the paperwork, do the military packaging and marking, and deliver to the government.
A good quote includes
- Manufacturer part number and manufacturer CAGE code
- Unit price and quantity breaks
- Lead time
- Country of origin
- Whether you are the manufacturer or an authorized distributor
- The documents you can provide: certificate of conformance and traceability to the manufacturer
- How long the quote is valid
